Food cold and soggy chicken burger all the lettuce brown and all bun was soggy Chips dry

Ordered a corn on the cob. Spot on. Burger was very good quality beef but the burger bun was soggy. Also ordered a Chicken kebab rolo. I’m not sure what I received but it was more like seekh kebab. A sprinkle of lettuce with a brush of some kind of yoghurt sauce. No indication at all that this rolo was going to be like chewing lava. Lethal
